As the Chinese New Year holiday is approaching, we would like to inform you about temporary adjustments to our shipping schedule and customer service availability. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
🚚 Shipping Notice (Feb 10 – Feb 23)
Due to the Chinese New Year holiday, logistics services in China will be operating at a limited capacity. Therefore, orders placed between February 10 and February 23 may experience slight shipping delays.
This delay is caused by the annual holiday schedule of courier companies and transportation partners, and is unfortunately unavoidable. All affected orders will be processed and shipped as soon as normal logistics operations resume.
To avoid any inconvenience, we kindly recommend placing your order as early as possible.

Please note that our customer service team will be temporarily unavailable from February 15 to February 23.
During this time, replies to messages and emails may be delayed.

Kindly be aware of the following policy for orders placed during the holiday period:

Orders placed between February 10 and February 23 may have unavoidable shipping delays.

If you choose to cancel an order during this period due to delayed shipment, a 5% cancellation processing fee will apply.
This fee is necessary to cover payment processing and administrative costs. Since the delay is caused by logistics suspension during the holiday, it is beyond our control.
